Position Overview:
We are seeking reliable and compassionate CNAs/LNAs/AZCGs and companions with experience to provide personalized care for seniors in their private home settings. The ideal Candidate is patient, proactive, and committed to enhancing the quality of life for those they care for.
Key Responsibilities:
* Daily Living (ADLS): Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, and personal hygiene.
* Mobility Support: Provide safe transfers (bed to chair) and assistance with walking or light exercises
* Health Monitoring: May be asked to monitor vitals and provide medication reminders
* Companionship: Engage in conversation, reading, or light activities to provide mental stimulation.
* Household Support: Light meal preparation, grocery shopping/errands, and light housekeeping (linen changes, dishes
Required Qualifications:
* Certification: Active Arizona CNA/LNA license. Arizona Certified Caregiver or a Companion with experience. Must have a driver's license and own transportation. CPR/1st Aid must be valid.
