About the Role:
Join Golden Heart Scottsdale as a Caregiver in the East Valley, where you will make a difference in the lives of our clients every day. We are looking for compassionate and dedicated individuals who are eager to provide exceptional care and support to those in need.
Responsibilities:
- Provide personal care assistance, including bathing, grooming, and dressing.
- Assist clients with daily living activities and mobility support.
- Medication reminders and manage health monitoring as required.
- Engage clients in meaningful conversation and activities to enhance their quality of life.
- Maintain a clean and safe environment for clients.
- Document client care and report any changes in health or behavior.
- Collaborate with family members and healthcare professionals for optimal care.
- Provide companionship and emotional support to clients and their families.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; certification in caregiving preferred.
- Previous experience in caregiving or a related field is a plus.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Strong communication skills and a compassionate demeanor.
- Ability to pass background checks and drug screenings.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
- Basic first aid and CPR certification preferred.
- Passion for helping others and making a positive impact in their lives.
